Procedure for Release of Information

Anyone requesting copies from the Brodhead Fire District please fill out form below per Wis Stat 19.35(1)

Brodhead Fire District will not release information if an incident is under investigation.

Reports will be released between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM M-F

There will be a fee of $10.00 processing plus $0.25 per page on all reports or minutes.
